San Diego trio Thee Sacred Souls with bring their Daptone sound to the 2023 NON-COMMvention. Also newly announced are New York City brother-sister group Bailen, Purr, and Philly favorite Low Cut Connie.

This brings the lineup to 19 artists, including Natalie Merchant, Ben Folds, War, Nickel Creek, Josh Ritter and the Royal City Band, Say She She, The Heavy, Arlo Parks, Genesis Owusu, Blondshell, Joshua Henry, The Heavy Heavy, Hannah Jadagu, GA-20, and Melissa Carper.

Public radio executives and staff will join their music industry counterparts in Philadelphia May 2-5 for their annual discussion of topics ranging from stories of growth to how organizations can measure progress on diversity, and how to remain essential to audiences in a changing landscape.
